Stretch Mark Skincare

I want you to know that whether you get stretch marks in pregnancy or not is most likely hereditary. If you get them or have them it’s not your fault. There are some ingredients that are proven through research to be better than others for pevention during pregnancy and improvement while breastfeeding: hyaluronic acid, Vitamin E, Centella Asiatica. While there’s not a lot to prevent stretch marks, but there are MANY ways to improve them after pregnancy and even more after breastfeeding: retinoids, AHAs (usually toners), and in-office treatments like chemical peels, MICRONEEDLING, LASERS.
