I think I like the strawberry flavor best, but I don't like the taste of artificial watermelon. If you're just starting out, I would take half two hours before bed and see how you feel. If you don't feel much, increase to whole. It does contain 2.5 mg of thc derived from hemp per edible, so two gummies will have you feeling the effects if you're a lightweight like me.
