My skincare routine

Here's a summary of my routine. I've linked everything below including discount codes where I have them. In the mornings I wash my face either just with water or Allies of Skin Hydrating Cleanser then apply a small amount of Aeonia Age Defying Serum followed by a couple of drops of Maysama's Bioferm oil for moisture and as a protective, antioxidant-packed layer under my sunscreen. From there I apply Bluelene SunFix and I'm done. For a more matte finish under make-up I sometimes use OneSkin's SPF. My mum (aged 81!) uses OneSkin's peptide-based Face Supplement and has seen textural improvements with it. In the evenings, I cleanse with the Inkey List's oat cleansing balm which is super-gentle and will help you retain the moisture in your skin. I apply retinal three times a week, followed by Calecim's multi-action cream which, powered by growth factors, is a hero product in my skincare mix. I finish with a few drops of True Botanical Pure Radiance oil. I believe in taking breaks with growth-factor-based products so I use Calecim on and off. During breaks I use the outstanding Biossance Omega Repair Cream. At night I seal in moisture around my eyes and lips with Dermelect's Repair Balm which includes castor oil. I use Maysama's red light panel to treat my face, neck and the back of my hands around 4 times a week. I use the ZIIP Halo microcurrent device several times a week and I have recently reintroduced the Nira Pro laser on my brow area and around my jowls every other day. Finally, every morning to counter puffiness and get the blood flowing to my skin I use a sculpting facial roller which does a brilliant job of perking up your face! It's the only device I travel with too.
