Cleansers with ingredients not likely to clog pores, which can not only lead to acne and texture issues but also dullness and pronounced fine lines and wrinkles. I like to oil cleanse first followed by an actual cleanser. Certain products can still trigger fungal acne, but this is often an underlying root cause that needs to be addressed.
