High end, worth the splurge
High end products worth spending your $ on. I recommend definitely incorporating the Medik8 products as your retinoid and then using products from one of the other brands for your daily moisturizers/eye creams/brightening treatments- etc. Tell your wallet that I'm sorry, but tell your skin "you're welcome!!!!!"
Love this with the R-Retinoate, a patented retinoid to target fine lines/wrinkles, saggy eyelides, and crows feet. one of the only retinoids i've found that's gentle enough for around my eyes which is crucial because I get milia on my eyelids and this helps so much. You can even use it both day and night because the modification to the retinoic acid molecule eliminates the photoinstability.
Honestly the best night cream I have ever seen- using the r-retinoate (modified encapsulated retinal for faster results than retinol but gentler for sensitive skin due to the encapsulation) with targeted delivery system of copper peptides to ensure 100% delivery of regenerative copper peptides to the site of activity. The anti-aging benefits of this product are incredible. Use at night.
The absolute GOAT for redness and sensitivity- they patented the active complex so there are no dupes but the clinical testing is incredible. Utilizing growth factors and active compounds to enhance skin's resilience and overall health for universal anti-aging, anti-redness, skin perfecting benefits.
Hydrating antioxidant regenerative serum with their patented growth factor cocktail for skin resilience and renewal combined with resveratrol and stabilized Vit C derivative for antioxidant value, a hydrating sugar complex for 72 hour hydration, and Edelweiss stem cells to help reenergize skin and provide a more lifted appearance over time. If you have the money to spend, it's worth it. Use after water-based serums and before moisturizers.
You definitely don't *need* to buy this because you could definitely just use the rich cream around your eyes but it has a few extra eye-specific extracts in it and also some visual texture-enhancers that can help blur lines and reflect light for a more radiant appearance in comparison to the cream for all over the face.
If you like the rich cream and want additional soothing nourishment to tackle redness, try this one out- using the same growth factor as the other AB products but with additional anti-inflammatories like black currant oil which i'm pretty sure is on the monograph in other countries as an OTC for rashes. Awesome product.
This has tons of peptides to boost collagen and elastin and provide a more firm, youthful appearance. Use after water-based serums and before moisturizers. It should provide similar benefits to TNS but some people are turned off by the human fibroblast conditioned media in TNS (actual human cells are not present in the product at all, but I can understand the aversion.)
Incredible concentrate for expression lines using a targeted delivery system of botox-like peptides. They're using argireline PLUS the targeted delivery system that ensures 100% of the peptide makes it to the site of activity to exert its benefits, AND a third similar biomimetic peptide derived from snail venom. For a product that can deliver the fastest results against expression lines aside from botox injections, checkk err out.
Great night cream with encapsulated targeted peptide complexes to enhance both a botox-like and wrinkle-filling effect. Neither will be as dramatic as getting injections of course, but you'll still notice the benefits with consistent use. They're also using an additional copper peptide complex for regenerative anti-aging benefits and several other anti-aging complexes. I really don't like that they're using essential oils but I couldn't find anything with a similar array of impressive actives.
Peptide serum with encapsulated copper peptides to ensure 100% of the regenerative benefits are achieved from the peptide in the formula- plus additional benefits from several other peptide complexes targeting expression lines, collagen/elastin synthesis, and an overall firmer appearance. Use after cleansing with other water-based serums and before moisturizers.
Of all high end Vitamin C's (I'd still recommend gold-stabilized vit C in Educated Mess Golden Hour but that brand isn't on here) this is one of the top contenders. 35% of stabilized vitamin C derivatives with additional antioxidant benefits from superoxide dismutase and glutathione. Don't waste your money on SKC which will break down in the bottle before you've had a chance to use it. This will be way better. Use before other water-based serums and moisturizers.
Literally the best anti-aging eye product that I've ever seen on the market, so worth the $, they have stuff in there to help with everything from dark circles to puffiness to fine lines/wrinkles to expression lines and it's just the ultimate chef's kiss formula. If using with an eye cream, use this first.
One of view "high end" Vitamin C products I'd actually recommend- don't waste your $ on SKC or Dr. Obagi- they'll lose potency before you've had a chance to use them. This is using a stabilized derivative of vitaminC for consistent benefits along with a TON of brightening actives that target multiple steps of the melanin synthesis pathway for optimal results. Use after water-based serums and before moisturizers.
This moisturizer has tons of peptides for anti-aging benefits and to help improve firmness/elasticity. Some of the peptides have particular benefits at the dermal-epidermal junction (hence the name) which is kind of like the interface between a house and its foundation. By ensuring these layers are tightly scaffolded and properly communicating and maintaining structure, it's setting the foundation for a more youthful appearance and for the other peptides to appear even more effective. Use after serums and before SPF. Would expect this to be more effective than the Alastin Restore, but also is more expensive.
For a great brightening treatment that costs less than skinMedica and Revision CC, check out this pigmentation corrector. It has brightening actives to target multiple steps of the melanin synthesis pathway for ultimate brightening benefits. I haven't seen the overall formula compared to either of those two, but it might be able to hang! Use before moisturizers and after water-based serums.
