Senior Full Stack Engineer
About
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will work directly with our CTO on a variety of full stack projects, including API design, UI implementation, data pipeline scaling, and the expansion of internal tools. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our innovative platform and shape the future of influencer and affiliate marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the CTO to develop and implement full stack projects - Design and implement APIs using NodeJS - Develop and maintain user interfaces using React and Redux - Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of the platform - Create and optimize data pipelines and internal tooling - Deploy production-ready projects on AWS using containerization, ALB, and ECS - Monitor platform performance and implement necessary improvements - Maintain a high standard of code quality and structure
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS and Relational Databases
- Deep understanding of JavaScript language nuances and best practices
- Intermediate knowledge of UI design, including SCSS and animations
- Experience deploying production-ready projects on AWS, including containerization, ALB, and ECS
- Familiarity with logging and alerting using CloudWatch or alternative monitoring technologies
- Keen attention to detail in code structure and style
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with JavaScript-based front-end languages

About
The Brand Success Manager will support assigned accounts' day-to-day management and overall satisfaction. ShopMy's brand subscriptions and subscription upgrades are at the forefront of the company’s growth strategy and will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives as the company scales. To be successful in this role, the Brand Success Manager must be organized, engaged, detail-oriented, and well-versed in the beauty and/or fashion industry. They should demonstrate a high level of ownership with the ability to deal with ambiguity. The Brand Success Manager should also be a self-starter and able to act with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Head of Brand Success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years’ experience in account management, e-commerce, customer service or related field.
- Demonstrated experience exceeding customer expectations and delivering excellent client experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Brand Growth
Account Executive
About
As a Brand Account Executive you will be responsible for fully understanding beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands' needs and determining how the ShopMy platform can meet and exceed their needs/expectations. You will identify, qualify, and perform outreach to various brands based in the US, Europe, and Australia. In this role, you will support ShopMy’s growth objectives by building a strong pipeline and managing leads through email outreach and sales calls. This position will sell brands on joining ShopMy’s SaaS subscription programs and negotiate high affiliate rates for their creators. You will continuously re-evaluate ShopMy’s brand subscription plans to adjust pricing and package features to optimize conversion and maximize revenue. This role will report to the Head of Brand Growth.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
- Must have consistently exceeded sales quotas.
- You must be organized, motivated, well-connected/versed in the beauty and/or fashion industry.
- You are a self-starter with a bias toward action and be an inspiration to the entire team in a fast-paced environment.
- You are focused on results and outcome.
- You possess strong communication skills to collaborate with brands and internal stakeholders.
Creator Growth
Head of Creator Growth
About
As Head of Creator Growth you will play a crucial role in attracting high-profile creators to join ShopMy. You will grow and develop a sales team that will be focused on sourcing, acquiring and onboarding top tier creators. You will oversee the daily activity of ShopMy’s creator growth specialists, develop our growth strategy and monitor the progress of the creator growth pipeline. This is a crucial role for ShopMy as we establish ourselves as the industry leader and most desired affiliate marketing platform for talent. You will identify key demographics of talent to source based on new brands and retailers added to the platform and help us expand into and onboard creators in new verticals and categories. Additionally, you will play an important role in providing feedback to our engineering and marketing teams, sharing suggestions and recommendations based on creator conversations that will ultimately improve our product and marketing messaging and efforts.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in field sales, inside sales or business development and a leadership or management role
- Experience in creator marketing or at an agency (preferred)
- You possess a growth mindset with high urgency and initiative
- A relentless drive for momentum and results with a competitive nature and a collaborative team-oriented personality
- Excellent presentation skills to executive team and partners
- You are a strategic and critical thinker who is able to grasp new business concepts quickly and works well with little to no direction
- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
- You have familiarity with multiple social platforms and keep up with industry and influencer trends.
- You are passionate about the creator / influencer space
- You have excellent communication and time management skills.
