This is for mild to moderate acne. Severe acne is best treated by a dermatologist with prescription skincare. Glytone Cleanser in AM followed by non comedogenic moisturizer and sunscreen. Barrier pro 1 step double cleanser in PM followed by moisturizer and adapalene. Once or twice a week exfoliate with TCA peel and follow with EGF serum. PS: Do not exfoliate when you have active acne lesions
