Director of Content
As the Director of Content at ShopMy, you'll be the visionary and executor behind our content strategy, shaping and sharing the ShopMy brand story across multiple platforms. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of content creation and management, from conceptualizing and executing strategies to producing high-quality, consistent content that resonates with our audience. You'll lead a team to curate engaging material, align with sales and marketing objectives, and maintain a cohesive brand presence. Your efforts will not only define our voice but also drive our brand forward, engaging both creators and brands in the dynamic landscape of influencer marketing.
Responsibilities
- Content Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that enhances ShopMy's brand and drives engagement across all channels.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the production of consistent, high-quality content, overseeing website updates, social media, and newsletter publications.
- Resource Curation: Maintain and update informative guides for creators and brands, ensuring they have access to essential resources.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align content with business goals and customer acquisition strategies.
- Team Oversight: Lead and support the customer support team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest content for effective client interactions.
- Engagement Initiatives: Manage communications including push notifications and email newsletters to engage users, and develop a robust webinar program focusing on industry trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in content strategy and production, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and its impact on direct-to-consumer commerce.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and directing a creative team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
