Brand Success Associate
The Brand Success Associate will work closely with our Brand Success Managers to assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our brand partnerships. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day tasks, including client communications, campaign planning, and project management.
- Execute influencer product seeding campaigns, ensuring timely product delivery to influencers, partners, and clients.
- Maintain and update tracking sheets to monitor campaign progress, gifting, and project timelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, social media, logistics) to meet client needs and ensure campaign requirements are efficiently fulfilled.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
- Provide administrative assistance to Brand Success Managers, including organizing client materials.
- Assist in communicating and updating billing-related client information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts is a plus.
- Previous experience in account coordination or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
