Sales Strategy & Operations Director

We are seeking a driven, process-oriented and experienced individual to join our Brand Growth team as the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations. You will play a crucial role within our sales organization, by refining our sales strategy, owning and optimizing sales processes, providing strategic insights, driving efficiency and accountability across the team, and maximizing revenue generation. You will work closely with the rest of the Brand Growth team, Marketing, Brand Success, Product and ShopMy leadership. A key requirement for this role is expertise in HubSpot, as it will be integral to our sales automation and CRM systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and own scalable sales processes and workflows to achieve revenue targets and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Influence ShopMy’s go-to-market approach and provide strategic oversight throughout the sales funnel (from leads to deals and contracts).
  • Optimize HubSpot as primary CRM tool and ensure its adoption across Sales team for managing client relationships, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Work with leadership to set quotas and build operational systems to accurately measure performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Run weekly KPI reviews with Brand Growth to drive accountability and maximize results.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to support continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand Success, Product, and Marketing to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Lead sales training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Brand Growth team.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of work experience in Sales Operations or another related field, ideally with experience at a startup and/or at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or related field, with a track record of success in interpreting revenue-related data and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Comfort working with large sets of data.
  • You have a commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results with speed and efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder and project management.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and SQL.
  • You are a self-starter with a bias toward action and driving outcomes.
