Brand Growth Associate

We are looking for a Brand Growth Associate to join our Brand Growth team and support our Brand Account Executives in managing the full funnel sales process. This role enables our Account Executives to better execute their sales processes, as they work to sell brands on joining ShopMy’s SaaS subscription programs. In this role, you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to detail, timeliness, and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities
  • Prepare thorough notes in advance of all initial and follow up meetings, leveraging our ShopMy database/ internal resources to include unique data-insights.
  • Assist Account Executives in the day-to-day management of prospect accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
  • Attend all meetings and presentations, take thorough notes and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Ensure all account deal stages and stakeholders (internal and external) are up to date in CRM tracker in order to accurately represent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with other Brand Growth Associates and BDR/SDRs across the sales team to share best practices and streamline processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years in business development, sales, marketing, or related field
  • Experience as Brand Growth Associate, Account Coordinator, or similar role is preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in project management, background in SaaS sales is a plus
  • Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM databases (Hubspot is a plus), and social media platforms
