Affiliate Associate
ShopMy’s Affiliate Associate, will work with the Creator Success team, and is responsible for overseeing all brands that work with ShopMy in an affiliate-only capacity. Affiliate partners extend ShopMy a commission rate (which creators can access) and facilitate affiliate tracking. Unlike our Brand Partners, these brands are not paying for a monthly package to access our platform’s full set of features and more hand-on services. As an Affiliate Associate, you will be responsible for managing these affiliate relationships across multiple networks and sub-networks. Key responsibilities include reporting on performance, evaluating opportunities for growth, monitoring tracking, ensuring commission payments are collected, and investigating and resolving creator inquiries related to commission rates and payments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with brand and creator teams to identify potential brands for affiliate partnerships.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure tracking, reporting, and payment processes are efficient and accurate.
- Establish a relationship with our affiliate only partners and communicate promotions, exclusions, and negotiate rate increases to maximize performance via ShopMy
- Use knowledge of affiliate networks and partnerships to help investigate creator questions about commission.
- Communicate explanations to creators and educate the creator team on common inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year professional experience
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who is energized and highly motivated
- Proficient with Google suite, SQL experience is a plus
