Brand Success Manager

The Brand Success Manager will support assigned accounts' day-to-day management and overall satisfaction. ShopMy's brand subscriptions and subscription upgrades are at the forefront of the company’s growth strategy and will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives as the company scales. To be successful in this role, the Brand Success Manager must be organized, engaged, detail-oriented, and well-versed in the beauty and/or fashion industry. They should demonstrate a high level of ownership with the ability to deal with ambiguity. The Brand Success Manager should also be a self-starter and able to act with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Head of Brand Success.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new Brand accounts and establish a trusted advisor relationship with brand executives.
  • Partners with account executives to understand business goals, expectations, and upselling opportunities of the brand.
  • Maintains high retention rates and seeks opportunities to add features to the account through analytics.
  • Identifies and creates solutions for day-to-day issues impacting business across multiple accounts
  • Delivers timely, accurate, and professional support to accounts.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve products based on customer feedback and communicates those product improvements to the engineering team and founders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years’ experience in account management, e-commerce, customer service or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding customer expectations and delivering excellent client experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
