Client & Product Support Associate

As a Client & Product Support Associate, you will play a crucial role as a liaison between our brand partners, creator teams and Brand Success. You will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries, resolving product-related issues and facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our brand partners, providing prompt and effective technical support via email and chat.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, offering tailored solutions and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with our brand and creator teams to identify, prioritize, and communicate product-related challenges and opportunities to the Engineering team.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and promoting knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp and troubleshoot product-related issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
