Creator Success Manager
As a Creator Success Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of high-profile and high-potential Creators and be responsible for their ShopMy affiliates strategy. This role requires direct interaction with Creators and an understanding of each creator's priorities and unique goals as it relates to the affiliate space. You will serve as this creator’s strategist and internal advocate, surfacing creator needs to help shape our product. You will also work cross-functionally with our Brand Team to recommend Creators for collaborations and to obtain discount codes. In addition to providing high-level strategy, this role requires daily upkeep with each Creator’s ShopMy account including but not limited to: following Creators on social media and updating their ShopMy account with recent posts, building commissionable links, and responding to Brand messages on behalf of a Creator. You will be the main point of contact for your Creators and will be responsible for addressing any questions or needs in a timely manner. This role will report to the Head of Talent Success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of assigned creators across all aspects of account management.
- Responsible for driving creator satisfaction and creator earnings through the ShopMy platform.
- Serve as a strategic coach to your creators by evaluating their performance and providing valuable data and insights to fuel affiliate growth.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creators and their representatives, addressing all questions, concerns, and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution of creator issues and to address their questions.
- Become a trusted partner to your creators and their representatives by developing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Consistently share insights and feedback from your creators o shape current and future product offerings.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- You have 3+ years of experience in account management, talent management, partnership management, or other client services; experience at a talent or management firm, influencer agency, beauty company, or tech company is preferred.
- You are a driven, go-getter who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a strategic and critical thinker who is able to grasp new business concepts quickly.
- You effectively use data and insights to shape proposals, negotiate with partners, and persuade others.
- You have familiarity with multiple social platforms and keep up with industry and influencer trends.
- You are passionate about the beauty and influencer space.
- You have the proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication skills.
