My name is Lynzy Coughlin and I am an Emergency Medicine PA as well as the podcast host of Motherhood Meets Medicine. I deleted my IG account of half a million followers back in 2021 in hopes of creating a movement offline where we create and consume content is a slower, more sustainable fashion. This movement was also recently documented in an interview that I had on The Today Show. My podcast focuses on motherhood topics from experts in the medical field. Motherhood Meets Medicine recently surpassed 1.3 million downloads since its launch in 2021. I also have a Substack called Badass Matriarch which launches a weekly newsletter every Friday with shopping suggestions, sale alerts, style advice, and more!
